Joseph focuses his practice on patent litigation for electronics, semiconductor, and telecommunications clients, handling matters from pre-suit investigation through trial in federal courts, the ITC, and the PTAB. IAM recognized his ability to thrive “in technically demanding patent disputes,” pointing to his electrical engineering background.
