Associate Josh Rodriguez will speak at the Dallas Bar Association’s Intellectual Property Law Section CLE Luncheon on July 23 at 1pm ET.
Josh’s presentation, “ITC Section 337 Investigations: Procedure, Strategy, and the Evolving Domestic Industry Requirement,” will review the life cycle of a typical Section 337 investigation before the U.S. International Trade Commission, with a discussion of strategic decision points for both complainants and respondents. The session will also cover recent Federal Circuit decisions on the domestic industry requirement, including what investments can satisfy the economic prong and what products can satisfy the technical prong.
Josh concentrates his practice on Section 337 investigations before the ITC, helping companies and inventors protect their intellectual property and monetize their patent portfolios.
