Vincent Rubino has represented clients as lead counsel in hundreds of patent disputes throughout the United States, and has been regularly ranked among the top attorneys representing plaintiffs in high-profile patent litigation. His practice and expertise span a wide range of technologies, smartphones, consumer electronics, wireless, semiconductor, video codecs, cellular, displays, wearables, automotive, security, cloud, medical devices, software, and biotechnology industries. He has litigated over 1,000 cases in all popular patent venues, including the Eastern District of Texas, California, Florida, Delaware, New Jersey, the International Trade Commission (ITC), the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB), and the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
Prior to founding Fabricant Rubino & Lambrianakos LLP with his partners Fred Fabricant and Peter Lambrianakos, Vincent was an equity partner at Brown Rudnick LLP, where he was the youngest person to be promoted to that rank in the firm’s history.
With a B.S and an M.S. in biomedical engineering and an M.S. in electrical engineering from Columbia University, Vincent brings extensive technical experience to every matter. He uses his technical background to convey complicated technical matters from case inception and diligence through case-critical hearings and trial.
