Samantha R. Fabricant practices in all areas of intellectual property litigation, including patent, copyright, trademark, and trade secret matters. Her experience encompasses both U.S. district court litigation and Section 337 investigations before the International Trade Commission (ITC). Samantha has represented complainants and respondents across a broad range of technologies, including electronic displays, smartphones, beauty products, and sporting equipment.
Samantha’s practice spans the entire litigation lifecycle, from initial due diligence and complaint drafting through discovery, depositions, and pre-trial activities.
Prior to joining Fabricant Rubino & Lambrianakos LLP, Samantha was an associate at a boutique litigation firm in New York City.
Early in her career, Samantha developed a foundational understanding of the global IP landscape through an intensive cooperative program with the State Intellectual Property Office (SIPO) in Beijing, China. During this time, she collaborated with Chinese patent practitioners on comparative U.S.-China patent law issues, providing her with a nuanced perspective on the international dimensions of intellectual property protection.
