Ryan Oliver is a registered patent attorney with extensive experience in intellectual property litigation, including patent, trademark, and trade secret disputes. He manages various phases of litigation, ranging from pleadings and discovery to claim construction, infringement and invalidity contentions, and dispositive motion practice. Ryan currently serves as lead counsel in an ongoing matter and is heavily involved across the firm’s portfolio.
Before joining Fabricant Rubino & Lambrianakos LLP, Ryan was an associate at global law firm Baker McKenzie. In that role, he drafted litigation documents, facilitated intellectual property mergers and acquisitions for Fortune 500 companies, drafted and prosecuted patent and trademark applications, managed intellectual property portfolios for several clients, and negotiated settlement agreements for matters before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB).
Ryan has a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering. Prior to attending law school, he worked in mechanical and patent engineering at a well-known telecommunications and consumer electronics company.
