Juan José Garcia is an international trade lawyer practicing at the intersection of international trade litigation, intellectual property theft, and regulatory compliance.
Juan leverages his experience in the legislative, executive, and judicial branches of government to develop innovative litigation strategies, regulatory compliance programs, and strategic trade policy advice. Prior to GAO, Juan served with the White House Domestic Policy Council under the Obama administration, where he worked on immigration policy and the White House Task Force on New Americans, an interagency effort to develop a coordinated federal strategy to better integrate immigrants and refugees into our communities.
