Henry Metro has experience in a wide range of intellectual property disputes; however, his current practice centers primarily on patent litigation in federal court. Henry has experience litigating patent cases involving technologies that range from software to semiconductors to medical devices. He seeks to gain a deep understanding of the technology at issue in all of his cases, and believes this is the key to earning successful results.
Prior to joining Fabricant Rubino & Lambrianakos LLP, Henry was an associate at global law firm Baker Botts LLP. Henry holds bachelor’s degrees in both computer science and mathematics. He also spent nearly half a decade as a software engineer, working in the field of applied machine learning for both FAANG companies and large financial institutions.
